Access to Exclusive Content in the Form of Monthly Live Videos
Videos will premiere on the last Friday of each month. The exclusive live videos will be hosted on a password protected page only for Founders Club members. After each live video is over, an archived version of the presentation will be available on the password protected page as well.
After each live session, an email will be sent out with a link to watch the presentation along with any links, updates or news from Dr. Fortin.

24/7 Submission of Health Related Questions through Practice Better’s HIPAA Compliant Chat Feature
As a member of The Founders Club and a patient at my clinic, you have access to Practice Better. Through Practice Better, you are able to utilize our HIPAA compliant chat feature which will allow you to submit questions 24/7. When submitting questions after hours, please allow extra time for our office to respond.
Joining Practice Better
If you don’t already have an account, you should have received an email with a subject line asking you to join Dr. Fortin on Practice Better. After clicking on the activation link, you will be taken to a page where you can set up a password to access the system.
Enter and confirm your password, accept the terms and click the Sign up button.

Downloading the Practice Better App
In the app store or Google Play store, search for “Better by Practice Better” and download the app. The app will be a green square with a white lowercase “b” in the middle.
Practice Better App Icon:
Sign in. If you do not have a sign in, enter your email and hit “Forgot Password”
Once you are logged into the app, find the 3 bars at the top left corner.
Here, you have access to Protocols sent to you by Dr. Fortin, shared documents, forms, etc.
A Private Facebook Group with Daily Health Tips
You will receive an invitation to the email on file to join a private Facebook Group. The email will contain a link that will allow you access to a private Facebook Group only for Founders Club Members.
In this group, Dr. Fortin will share daily health tips, reminders about upcoming live videos, updates regarding new therapies at the clinic, and exclusive discounts and content only available to Founders Club members.
Access to Discounted, Physician-Grade Nutraceuticals Through FullScripts
You will receive an email invitation to create an account through FullScripts. By creating the account, you have access to an online store with physician-grade nutraceuticals and supplements at a deeply discounted rate.

Priority Scheduling at the ReYOUvenate Clinic
As a Founders Club member, you receive priority scheduling at the ReYOUvenate Clinic. To schedule an appointment, you can utilize Practice Better’s “Request Session” feature or by calling the clinic at (231) 489-8060.
